All Sales Are Final
All ticket purchases made through SeatPulse are final and non-refundable. Once a broker confirms your order, the sale is complete. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, inability to attend, scheduling conflicts, or travel issues.
SeatPulse is a marketplace platform that connects buyers with verified third-party ticket brokers. We do not own or hold ticket inventory โ all tickets are sourced and fulfilled by our broker partners. Because of this marketplace model, once a transaction is confirmed, it cannot be reversed.
Buyer Guarantee
While all sales are final, your purchase is protected by our Buyer Guarantee in the following limited circumstances:
- 1Event permanently cancelled
If an event is fully cancelled with no rescheduled date, you are covered. Our team will proactively reach out with next steps.
- 2Tickets confirmed invalid or fraudulent
If the tickets you receive are confirmed to be invalid or fraudulent and you are denied entry at the venue, you are covered.
These are the only situations in which a refund or replacement may be issued. The Buyer Guarantee does not apply to any other circumstances.
What Is Not Covered
The following situations are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or credit:
- Change of mind or inability to attend
- Scheduling or travel conflicts
- Price changes after purchase (prices fluctuate on a marketplace)
- Rescheduled events (your tickets remain valid for the new date)
- Minor event changes such as different support acts, setlist changes, or slight schedule adjustments
- Postponed events without a cancellation announcement
- Partial attendance or early departure
- Dissatisfaction with seat location, view, or venue facilities
Ticket Delivery
Tickets are delivered as soon as the broker provides them. Delivery timelines vary depending on the event and the broker's fulfillment process. In some cases, tickets may be delivered days or even hours before the event. This is normal for the secondary ticket market.
You will receive an email notification as soon as your tickets are ready. Delivery methods include Mobile Transfer, PDF, or Paper Tickets depending on the event and broker.
Late delivery is not grounds for a refund as long as tickets are delivered before the event. If tickets are not delivered by the time of the event, the Buyer Guarantee applies.
Rescheduled Events
If an event is rescheduled to a new date, your tickets remain valid for the new date. No refund will be issued for rescheduled events. If the event is subsequently cancelled entirely, the Buyer Guarantee applies.

Please include your order number, the email address on your account, a description of the issue, and any supporting evidence (e.g., cancellation notice, venue denial photo).
Approved claims are processed within 5โ10 business days and refunded to your original payment method in EUR.
