Welcome to SeatPulse. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SeatPulse website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by SeatPulse, a company registered in the United States ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
SeatPulse is an online marketplace that connects buyers with verified third-party ticket brokers and sellers. We do not own, sell, or set the price of any tickets listed on the Platform.
By creating an account or using the Platform in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform immediately.
To purchase tickets on SeatPulse, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to the following:
Your email address serves as your primary account identifier and cannot be changed after registration. If you need to update your email address, please contact our support team.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we suspect fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms, or any behavior that jeopardizes the integrity of the Platform.
SeatPulse operates as a marketplace platform. It is important to understand the following:
The contract of sale for tickets is formed directly between the Buyer and the Seller. SeatPulse acts as the intermediary to ensure a secure and reliable transaction.
All prices on the Platform are displayed in Euros (EUR). The total price shown at checkout includes the ticket price set by the seller and any applicable service fees. There are no hidden fees — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
SeatPulse charges a service fee for facilitating each transaction. This fee covers the cost of operating the Platform, payment processing, customer support, and the Buyer Guarantee program. Service fees are clearly displayed during checkout before you confirm your purchase.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI DSS-compliant payment processor. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as made available through Stripe. SeatPulse does not store your full payment card details on our servers.
Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation via email and on the Platform. Your order is binding once confirmed, and the seller is obligated to deliver the tickets in accordance with the listing details.
Every purchase on SeatPulse is protected by our Buyer Guarantee. This program ensures that:
If a seller fails to fulfill an order, SeatPulse will work to find comparable replacement tickets or issue a full refund at our discretion.
The Buyer Guarantee is the sole basis for refunds on the Platform. It does not cover:
Outside of the circumstances listed above, all sales are final and non-refundable. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Tickets purchased on SeatPulse may be delivered through one of the following methods, as indicated at checkout:
Tickets are not delivered instantly. Delivery timelines depend entirely on the broker and the event. In many cases, brokers do not release tickets until close to the event date — this may mean days or even hours before the event. This is standard industry practice and does not indicate a problem with your order.
You will receive an email notification as soon as your tickets are ready and available for collection or download through the Platform. We recommend keeping your contact information up to date to ensure you receive delivery notifications promptly.
SeatPulse does not guarantee specific delivery dates or timeframes. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. SeatPulse is not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information provided by the Buyer.
All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded. By completing a purchase on SeatPulse, you acknowledge and accept that all sales are final.
The only circumstances in which a refund may be issued are those covered by the Buyer Guarantee (Section 6):

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and the overall design and layout — is the property of SeatPulse or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The SeatPulse name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of SeatPulse You may not use any of our trademarks without prior written consent.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
If you have a dispute regarding an order or any aspect of the Platform, we encourage you to contact our customer support team first. Most issues can be resolved promptly through our internal resolution process.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree that any claim, controversy, or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.
Arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration institution. The arbitration shall take place in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
Class action waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. We use cookies and similar tracking technologies as described in our Cookie Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or the operation of the Platform. When we make material changes, we will:
